Color Guard Request
The Alexandria Division Color Guard is available to the general public for demonstrations of a non-policial and non-commerical nature.
We require that all requests for the color guard be made by email, and suggest that your request be turned in no later than 30 days before the event. Your request will be evaluated by the command staff to determine if a color guard unit is available, and if the event is acceptable under the unit guidelines.
To request a color guard, please email colorguard@alexandriadivision.org and include the following:
Your Name
Your Email Address
Daytime Phone Number
Name, dates, and location of event
Our standard color guard includes the national flag, our unit flag, and two rifle guards (the rifles are not real). If you require additional personnel for additional flags, please include this in your request.
You should be informed of the unit availablity no later than 14 days after you submit your request.
